• A copy of your passport details
• Credit card details

Why we need your data and how we use it

• To promote our services and inform you of new properties and/or special offers
• To provide you with requested information and to manage your enquiries and bookings
• Your information also allows us to provide ‘in Country’ emergency support for you or your guests should this be necessary during your stay on Mallorca
• We do not share any of your information with third parties although we may provide some of your details to our sister company Dickinson Properties in order to promote their services
• We do not use your data for personal profiling

Dickinson Exclusive adopts industry standard strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of your personal data. We also protect it against damage, destruction and accidental loss. The data you provide to us is protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology which is a method of encryption for personal information and credit card details in order that they can be securely transmitted across the Internet.

Your rights of access to the information we hold on you

At any time you may exercise your right to access, modify and cancel the personal data held by Dickinson Exclusive via a written request accompanied by a copy of your ID or passport sent to our address or to our email. Alternatively, you can simply ‘Unsubscribe’ by selecting the ‘Unsubscribe’ button accompanying all promotional emails sent out by us.
